Social Media Expert

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our social media presence
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Post on our social media platforms with attention to detail, accuracy and grammar
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Continually devise strategies to drive online traffic to our website
  • Identify trends and insights to engage social media users and drive up traffic to our site
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience managing Social Media accounts
  • Extensive Knowledge of social media including terminologies and measurement of results
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and set targets.
