Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our social media presence
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Post on our social media platforms with attention to detail, accuracy and grammar
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Continually devise strategies to drive online traffic to our website
- Identify trends and insights to engage social media users and drive up traffic to our site
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience managing Social Media accounts
- Extensive Knowledge of social media including terminologies and measurement of results
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and set targets.
