Senior Advisor - Job Opening Kenya

International Resources Group (IRG), an Engility company, is an international development consulting firm with over 35 years of experience assisting USAID and other organizations to generate inclusive economic opportunity around the world.  IRG provides technical services in multiple sectors including agriculture, energy, water, climate change, natural resources management, organizational strengthening, public sector and policy reform, municipal governance and more.
IRG seeks highly qualified candidates (not firms) to staff an upcoming USAID/Kenya project focused on leveraging and de-risking investment in agriculture, clean energy, WASH, climate and trade.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated and directly relevant employment experience.  Relevant employment should be within one or more of the targeted sectors. Directly relevant experience with USAID and other donor-sponsored programs is highly preferred.  All candidates must have permission to work and reside full time in Kenya.
The following expertise is sought for full-time, long-term (3-5 year) position, based in Kenya and projected to start in 2017:

1. Senior advisor for county-level investment promotion and facilitation.
